Experience authentic local life in Chiang Mai. Visit lively markets where residents shop for fresh vegetables, spices, and daily necessities, and observe everyday scenes such as schoolchildren on their way to class and locals going about their routines.
Explore key historical landmarks, including Wat Chiang Man, Chiang Mai’s oldest temple. Walk along sections of the old city walls and admire the iconic Three Kings Monument.
Visit the Chiang Mai City Heritage Centre,or Lanna Folklife Museum housed in a restored colonial building, to gain deeper insight into Northern Thailand’s cultural heritage and the history of Chiang Mai.
Conclude the experience with a 60-minute foot massage or Thai massage at the Chiang Mai Women’s Correctional Institute Massage Center, supporting a meaningful rehabilitation program that provides former female inmates with professional skills and sustainable livelihoods.
